Plover ships using UPS Ground unless customer specifies and pays for expedited UPS shipping. Lead time: We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Portland warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. All orders placed with expedited UPS shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if order is received before 12 pm PST. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.
We cannot ship to domestic PO Boxes at this time.
Please note Plover will be closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

International customers, please contact Plover directly to place your order and get a shipping quote. (Please note that international shipping costs are not reflected in online orders.) International orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail service, which takes approximately 6-10 business days. International customers will be charged for the shipping cost (including insurance), plus a $4 handling fee.
Plover is happy to refund any item (less the shipping cost) that has not been used or washed in its original packaging. The returned item must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. (Any returns received later than 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.)
To complete a return, please follow the steps below:
—A pre-paid UPS Return Label is included with your original packing slip. Affix the UPS Return Label to your package, and be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.
—Please include a copy of your original packing slip so we may identify your order.
—Drop the package at your nearest UPS location. Go to www.ups.com/dropoff for locations.
No postage is required. However, a $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
If you would like to return an item but don't have the original pre-printed UPS Return Label, please ship to: Plover, Attn: Returns, 4110 SE Hawthorne Blvd., #221, Portland, OR 97214. We recommend sending returns via UPS, FedEx or registered mail with signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.
