Delivery & Returns


Plover ships using USPS or UPS standard shipping unless customer specifies and pays for expedited shipping. Lead time: We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Pacific Northwest warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. All orders placed with expedited UPS shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if order is received before 12 pm PST. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.

Please note Plover will be closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. 


International customers, please contact Plover directly to place your order and get a shipping quote. (Please note that international shipping costs are not reflected accurately in online orders.)

Please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Plover is happy to refund any item that has not been used or washed in its original packaging. The returned item must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returns received later than 30 days are eligible for store credit only. If your return item has been washed or used, we charge a 10% restocking fee.

To complete a return, please follow the steps below:

—Email us at to let us know what you would like to return.

—We'll provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS Return Label. Affix the Return Label to your package, and be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.

—Please include a copy of your original packing slip so we may identify your order.

—Drop the package at your nearest UPS or USPS location. (For UPS, go to for locations.)

No postage is required, but the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

If you would like to return an item without the pre-paid return label, you may ship directly to us at: Plover, Attn: Returns, 4110 SE Hawthorne Blvd., #221, Portland, OR 97214. We recommend sending returns via UPS, FedEx or registered mail with signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. 

Sale items are final sales. Any purchases made during our End-of-Season or other sales, marked down 20% or more, are not eligible for return or exchange, as we are liquidating merchandise. All sales final.
